Owners Christy and Michael have poured their passion into restoring historic homes and offering guests a way to experience the island as locals once did—with salty breezes, porch swings, and a slower pace of life.
Beachside Boutique Inn
Minutes from the beach and buzzing town center, Beachside Boutique Inn offers a cozy collection of inn-style rooms and standalone cottages. Each space has its own personality, from beachy nooks perfect for solo travelers to multi-room options for families and small groups. This is Folly Beach vacation stays done with charm and history in every corner. Guests enjoy a complimentary continental breakfast each morning and are provided with beach gear along with a relaxed environment where flip-flops and hammocks are always welcome.
Riverside Inn & Cottages
Tucked along the Folly River, the Riverside Inn & Cottages is the most recent addition to the Beachside Boutique collection. Five private rooms at the Inn each come with their own bath and outdoor patio space, perfect for soaking in marsh views. The four Riverside Cottages offer full kitchens, spacious decks, and enough room for up to four guests. This serene, pet-friendly setting is surrounded by natural beauty and features rescued and restored homes—each with a story. Vacationing here is all about quiet mornings, river breezes, and the comfort of coming home after a day in the sun.
THE SUNBURST COTTAGE
The two story hidden gym shares a lush green garden and oak tree with our serene bungalow spa and unique local dental office. Just a short walk to the beach and town, it's ideal for those looking for a one-of-a-kind, convenient island experience.
