Beachside Boutique’s collection of Inn rooms and cottages offers something special for every kind of traveler. From cozy beach cottages to unique eclectic rooms, each space is thoughtfully designed with comfort, character, and coastal charm in mind.
THE WOODEN CASTLE
The wooden castle is the main house office for guests checking in and also the entrance to Beachside Boutique Inn. The two story Inn has 2 pet friendly room options with additional private entrances on the first level. (Prince Folly and Little Annie), while the 2nd level boasts two gorgeous unique rooms available (Kings Tower and Queen Anne). The warm inviting kitchen serves breakfast daily with a shared a dining area for guests.

KING'S TOWER ROOM
Located on the second floor in the main house, this guest favorite offers a California King Size bed with a custom bathroom, rain shower, jet tub, dry heat sauna and outdoor shower. It's a perfect stay for a honeymoon or special occasion. Also, features an additional movie room with a loveseat recliner and a 70" television.

The Queen Anne, located on the second floor of the main house offers a queen size sleigh bed, private bathroom & large walk-in shower. Surrounded by twelve windows, this room is set within a beautiful oak tree canopy feeling much like staying in a tree house.

The Little Annie is a pet friendly room located on the first floor next to the dining area in our main house. This room offers a queen size bed, private bathroom and large walk-in shower. QUIRKY COTTAGE
The 1930's beach cottage (located behind Beachside Inn) offers 3 individual rooms to reserve. Each room opens to the shared spaces of the living room, dining room and kitchen. Designed for guests who love color, texture, and personality, these one-of-a-kind rooms feature vintage finds and creative details that make each stay memorable. The outdoor tiki bar porch area is perfect for socializing, chilling and enjoying the daily breakfast.
THE 70's ROOM
Go back in time and enjoy the 70s round queen bed complete with tie dye bedding. This space is decorated with everything 70s in mind including the authentic 70s bath/tub combo in private bathroom.

PRIVATE COTTAGES
Our stand-alone cottages offer the privacy and comfort of a fully independent space, perfect for guests seeking a more intimate stay. With full kitchens and cozy interiors, they’re ideal for unwinding after a day at the beach—without missing out on the charm and amenities of the Beachside Boutique Inn.
Costa Rican Bungalow
The Costa Rican Bungalow is one of our private cottages and definitely the 'Crowd Favorite". This rescued cottage with WWII history was moved from the west side of the island and has a queen size bed, private bath with tub, shower and a full kitchen. The large front porch is a hit and has comfy seating and dining spots perfect for people watching and relaxing. The entrance to the porch has a gate which is a plus for our pet friendly guests.

Seacret cottage
The Seacret Cottage is one of our private cottages described as a 'tiny house'. The open room floor plan is designed with a queen size loft bed overlooking the kitchen, dining and living area. The bathroom below the loft bed has a large walk in shower. A private patio/deck for the seacret cottage has a table that seats four and is steps away from the front door.
*The loft bed is better suited for folks under 5'9 due to the angle of the ceiling at the end of the bed

SMILE HOUSE
The Smile house shares a porch area with the main house/Inn at Beachside. The 2 king bed/2 bath beach cottage (formerly Christy's dental office) has since been converted back and filled with Folly charm! Amenities include fully equipped kitchen, living areas, as well as a large front porch! Paid parking is available across the street, however there is parking in front on a first come first serve basis. Due to the great location, many guests never use their car once they have arrived.
