The Costa Rican Bungalow is one of our private cottages and a true guest favorite. This rescued cottage, rich in WWII history, was moved from the west side of the island and thoughtfully restored. It features a queen-size bed, private bathroom with tub and shower, and a full kitchen. The spacious front porch is a highlight, offering comfortable seating and dining areas perfect for relaxing and people-watching. A gated entrance adds extra convenience for guests traveling with pets.

The Seacret Cottage is one of our private cottages, often described as a cozy “tiny house” retreat. Its open floor plan includes a queen-size Murphy bed in the living area, a queen loft bed, and a dining space. The bathroom, located just below the loft, features a large walk-in shower. This private cottage sleeps 2 people.

Please note: The loft bed is best suited for guests under 5'9" due to the ceiling angle. The Murphy bed includes a 10-inch queen mattress on a platform.

The Smile House shares a welcoming porch space with the main Beachside Boutique Inn. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath beach cottage—featuring one king and one queen bed—was once Christy’s dental office and has since been thoughtfully transformed into a charming Folly Beach retreat.

The cottage includes a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living areas, and a spacious front porch perfect for relaxing. Paid parking is available across the street, with limited first-come parking in front of the property. Thanks to the central location, many guests find they can park once and easily walk everywhere during their stay.
